This is a permanent full-time position. We are looking for someone with a positive mindset, a genuine love for working with children and families, and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth. Experience is preferred. What You’ll Be Doing Working with the kinder teacher and the other educator to implement engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs that support the holistic development of children Fostering a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment that encourages children's creativity, curiosity, and self-expression Observing and documenting children's progress, and using this information to plan and adapt activities to meet their individual needs Collaborating with parents and caregivers to ensure a consistent and supportive approach to each child's learning and wellbeing Maintaining a safe and clean learning environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities to continually enhance your skills and knowledge We strongly encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander educators, people with disability and people from all cultural backgrounds to apply.
