Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers excellent career growth potential and generous remuneration for the right individual. Key Responsibilities: Manufacture and assemble custom cabinets to the highest standards in our factory. Read, interpret, and work from detailed technical drawings and plans. Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently (including CNC machines, edge banders, and related equipment). Ensure all projects meet quality specifications and strict deadlines. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace. From time to time, work onsite (including extended periods if required), which may include site measuring and installation support. Requirements: Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker, ideally within the joinery industry. Certificate III or IV in Cabinet Making (or equivalent). Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and solve problems effectively. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Proficiency with a wide range of woodworking tools and machinery. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
