About You You are an experienced Contracts Administrator with a background in commercial or industrial construction projects, ideally gained in a similar environment. Experience of the construction process, along with tertiary qualifications in engineering or finance, coupled with procurement or legal experience, are advantageous. You are adept at managing and executing contracts in line with project plans, identifying and escalating contract-related risks for resolution. Proficiency in the MS Office suite, CRM, and Finance tools and reports is expected. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a personable and professional demeanour. Your proactive approach and adaptability are key to your success, and you thrive in environments where your contributions are recognized and rewarded. You must be legally entitled to work in Australia. Your Responsibilities: As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring business unit compliance with assigned contracts. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the administration of all construction contracts in Melbourne Leading, organizing, and controlling contract administration to optimise annual profitability. Managing multiple contracts, including progress claims, payments, dispute claims, scope management, and variations processing. Ensuring adherence to the Contract Administration Plan, reporting on subcontractor and supplier performance, and identifying improvements. Interpreting contract terms, accurately accounting for and charging variations. You will be required to attend client meetings, project reviews, and industry events; thus, a valid and current driver’s license is required. Why Waco?
