With a healthy forward order book, this role will place you alongside senior engineers and project managers, giving you the chance to strengthen your design, delivery, and client-facing skills. You’ll be mentored directly by Directors and Senior Engineers, while taking responsibility for your own projects and gradually stepping into more leadership and client-interaction tasks.
