Applicants must be able to demonstrate: Their desire to provide a quality service. A wide variety of experience working in a school support role. Flexibility and willingness to take on a multitude of challenges and prepared to attend to the physical needs of our students, which could include toileting and physical intervention. Capability and experience in supporting students with exceptionalities, such as physical disabilities, developmental delays, autism & behaviour issues. Ability to plan activities for special needs students. Applicants must have the following qualifications: Equivalent of Year 10 minimum Minimum of Cert III in Education Support from TAFE (or other Australian Registered Training Authority), however Cert IV in Education Support would be an advantage.
