About the Role As the Teacher & Educational Leader, you will: Lead the planning, implementation and review of educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards Mentor and guide educators in delivering engaging, reflective and inclusive programs Support families through respectful and collaborative relationships Promote health, safety and wellbeing in a nurturing environment Act as Responsible Person when required, supporting senior management About You We're seeking a dedicated professional with: A Diploma of Early Childhood Education/Children's Services (or equivalent) Demonstrated experience in pedagogical leadership Strong knowledge of EYLF, National Quality Standards and child development Excellent communication, mentoring and collaboration skills Current First Aid, CPR, Mandated Notification and relevant clearances Benefits You'll be joining a value-based organisation that invests in its people and community.
