SITE MANAGER – COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION (Melbourne) We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join our growing team. The Role Reporting to the Construction/Project Manager, you will manage and deliver a variety of commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing construction methodologies in collaboration with the Project Manager Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers Managing quality and WHS compliance Monitoring and reporting on project progress Leading, coaching and supporting site staff Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: 1 to 5 years’ Site Management experience in commercial construction (projects $3m), Victorian based experience preferred Trade background (carpentry/building) – hands-on when required Certificate III in Building & Construction (minimum) OHS Level 3 & First Aid (preferred) Strong project planning and programming skills (MS Project desirable) Proven ability to lead and mentor site teams In-depth knowledge of OH&S requirements and site safety practices Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability Current Driver’s Licence, White Card, and full Australian working rights Benefits Join a great team, who pride themselves on quality work and their supportive positive culture.
