We are seeking an experienced contract administrator with at least 3-5 years experience in the residential space . Attention to detail, project management and estimating software skills and ability to connect and communicate with external and internal stakeholders are essential . Your responsibilities will include: Obtaining quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers during the tender and construction process. Issuing purchase orders to subcontractors and suppliers. Maintaining and updating project document registers. Collating information from consultants to achieve construction and occupation certificates. Issuing and following up on Requests for Information (RFIs) with architects and consultants. Providing relevant information to on-site supervisors to support project progress.
