About the Role As Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the launch, culture, and ongoing success of our Chatswood Chase store. You will lead with passion, positivity, and precision, championing the 2XU brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building strong community connections through local events and collaborations. This is a rare opportunity to build a high performing team from day one, and bring the 2XU experience to life in one of Australia's premier retail locations. What You'll Be Doing Leading the opening and launch of our brand new Chatswood store Driving store performance through sales targets, KPIs and team development Building and mentoring a passionate and energetic team Managing store operations including inventory, rostering and visual merchandising Engaging with the local active and fitness community through events and collaborations Delivering a world class customer experience that reflects the 2XU brand What You'll Bring Proven experience in retail leadership, ideally with premium or performance brands A genuine passion for health, fitness, and high performance apparel A confident and hands on leadership style with the ability to coach and inspire A track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs Operational strength in rostering, stock management, and store presentation Experience in launching retail stores is highly regarded What We Offer At 2XU, we don't just create high performance apparel, we live and breath high performance.
