The Role Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for managing sales across multiple residential land and housing projects. Based in the Sydney CBD head office, you’ll drive results through well-planned strategies, strong partner relationships, and hands-on management of all related sales and marketing functions. Key Responsibilities Manage sales and marketing outcomes across land, house & land, spec homes, and medium-density projects Drive strategies to achieve sales targets across a strong pipeline of stock Build and nurture relationships with channel partners, builders, and stakeholders Oversee sales processes, frameworks, and reporting across multiple projects Support launches and campaigns in line with business objectives About You 5 years’ experience in residential project sales & marketing in NSW Minimum 3 years in residential land sales (essential) Hands-on experience across land, house & land, spec homes, and medium-density is highly regarded Existing industry networks and channel partner relationships Proven track record managing multiple projects NSW Real Estate license, Driver’s license & own car Chinese-speaking skills highly regarded What’s on Offer Salary package of $120,000–$150,000 super incentives negotiable depending on experience Strong pipeline of projects to drive sales success Prime Sydney CBD location with modern office environment A supportive, values-driven team culture with opportunities for growth Supportive Management and Directors, with low staff turnover How To Apply Capstone Recruitment are the exclusive recruitment partner for this role.
