What You’ll Do Uncover Insights: Monitor and analyse business performance, identifying key drivers and opportunities. Turn Data into Action : Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations. Shape the Future: Support budget development, forecasting, and strategic planning for key brands. Inform Decisions: Deliver reporting and insights that guide Executive and Board-level strategy. Collaborate and Influence: Partner closely with leadership teams across AU and NZ to drive growth and performance. Work Smarter: Streamline reporting and explore automation to unlock faster, more powerful business insights. What You’ll Bring Analytical Strength: Strong financial modelling and analytical skills to turn numbers into meaningful stories. Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. Technical Expertise: High-level proficiency in Excel and SAP (or similar financial systems). Clear Communicator: Excellent ability to explain complex data in simple, impactful ways to all audiences. Collaborative Spirit: Team-oriented mindset with curiosity to understand what drives business performance. Retail Know-How: Experience in retail or multichannel environments (highly regarded).
