Communications Cadet | Temporary, Part-Time | Hurstville The Role The Communications and Engagement team delivers internal and external communications, community consultation, public relations and media management services and strategies for Council. The communications cadet will be provided with work-based training at Council, whilst being required to study a relevant undergraduate degree at a university. This role will gain experience in the multi-facetted communications requirements within local government whilst also providing support to the Communications and Engagement team. The position will support the content creation and management of internal and community messaging with guidance from the coordinator and experienced team members. Eligibility To be eligible to apply, you should be entering your penultimate or final year of a relevant university undergraduate degree at the time of commencing in January 2025.
