The role of Senior Consultant adds significant value to Talogy’s Talent Management business, as this work is crucial to designing and delivering excellent client solutions, as well as leading account management and growth opportunities with clients, and taking on a leadership role within the Australian team. With a high degree of autonomy and flexibility, you will have close working relationships with the Sales and Client Experience teams. You are generally expected to work 08.30-17.00 (local time) from Monday to Friday; however, we provide a high amount of flexibility, and alternative working hours can be agreed with your manager. As flexibility is a two-way street, you will also agree to work outside typical office hours when working with others across time zones. We practice a hybrid working model, so a mixture of working from home and the office is standard for this role. There will also be an element of travel to and from client sites, as well as additional interstate and international travel as needed. Role Responsibilities The following role responsibilities should be considered in light of the business plan, which has a strategic focus on people, growth, marketing, client projects, and operational improvement. This role will be responsible for managing the delivery of transactional services, as well as managing the delivery of client services and projects. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): ⪠Project management of psychometric assessment processes, i.e., client brief, candidate contact and support, arrangement of appointments, and administration of assessments ⪠Preparation of psychometric appraisal reports in line with Talogy standards and within pre-determined timeframes ⪠Delivery of feedback to clients on candidate psychometric results ⪠Delivery of feedback to candidates on psychometric assessment results ⪠Delivery of 360-degree surveys, including participant contact, data management, and report generation ⪠Delivery of 360-degree survey feedback to participants ⪠Delivery of exit survey,s including candidate contact, data management, individual reports, and group analysis/reporting ⪠Lead the design and project management of organisational surveys (and any other client surveys), including system design, respondent management and support, data analysis, and reporting ⪠Design and deliver training workshops e.g., Psychometric accreditation courses, leadership, and employee development programs ⪠Other project support as required Account Management (20%) This role will support client enquiries, provide technical support, and assist in the ongoing and proactive leadership of client relationships. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): ⪠Expert user of the relevant Psychometric Assessment Systems (such as TalogyTech), including credit updates, upgrades, norm development, user notifications, raising technical issues via ‘support tickets’ ⪠Be a key ‘Technical’ contact person for resolving psychometric system issues ⪠All client records, case notes, and communication are maintained to the highest level as agreed in discussion and with feedback from your line manager (on CRM, H drive, Timesheets, SharePoint, etc.) ⪠Be a key point of contact for client queries and proactive support in engaging with clients on a monthly basis ⪠Management of client account plans and reviews, including scheduling and presentation development (including client analysis) Business Development and Marketing (25%) This role will also focus on the management of client enquiries and will support the delivery of business development and marketing activities as required. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): ⪠Initial client enquires managed, including a detailed ‘client brief’ and responded to with relevant product/service information ⪠Proactive identification and targeting of business development opportunities, including research, client calls, and meetings/presentations ⪠Effective communication and collaboration with Client Experience representatives ⪠Development of client proposals and tenders, and support the Sales team in doing the same ⪠Attend, and at times present at relevant networking and corporate events (e.g., AHRI, APS, etc.) ⪠Support with the development of suitable marketing materials for client presentations, newsletters, case studies, and project management of events, such as client presentations, conference presentations, and webinars ⪠Support in other business development/marketing activities as required Corporate and Administrative Support (15%) This includes maintaining professional conduct within the organisation, undertaking general administrative duties as required, and ensuring current systems and processes are managed effectively, reviewed, and developed as required. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Records / Process Management ⪠Management of client records to ensure up-to-date information is recorded on CRM and SharePoint ⪠Ensure all invoices for each assignment are correct in the invoice tracker (or CRM) in a timely manner ⪠Timesheet recording maintained to the highest level and submitted weekly for approval ⪠Ensure compliance with all Company procedures relating to recording, maintenance, and management of assignment and candidate details in the database ⪠Ensure all candidate care and confidentiality processes are adhered to ⪠Remain aware at all times of policies regarding ethics and professional conduct ⪠Ensure all relevant Test Administration and Privacy Documentation is current and aligned with relevant privacy legislation and guidelines established by the Australian Psychological Society (APS) ⪠Review, refine, and develop systems and processes as required ⪠Development of Terms of Engagement Agreements for new and/or existing clients General / Administrative Duties ⪠Undertake general administrative duties ⪠Proactively looks to support the team when not fully utilized ⪠Ensure a professional standard of conduct is maintained ⪠Offer a first-class level of service to all staff engaged in assignment activities to add value to their efforts ⪠Active participation in weekly internal meetings (i.e., approx. 2 – 3 hours per week), including the input of weekly activity notes to the weekly minutes document ⪠Coordinate and contribute to informal and formal communication between consultants and clients (including operations, professional development, and formal internal meetings), candidate,s and other parties ⪠Maintain awareness and knowledge of all current assignments as well as client names and contacts for all current assignments in progress Role Requirements ⪠An experienced individual from the industry or consulting sectors ⪠Qualifications in Psychology (or in a related subject at an equivalent Bachelor's or master’s level) ⪠[Desirable] Working towards Registered Psychologist and/or Endorsed Organisational Psychologist status ⪠Willingness to learn and apply Talogy’s core solutions and assessments ⪠Previous experience in talent assessment, people development, or facilitation/accreditation training ⪠Experience in managing client assignments ⪠Experience in consulting on talent and assessment challenges, people development, or workshop facilitation and accreditation training ⪠Track record in the design and delivery of best practice assessment services ⪠Strong Microsoft skills; Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ⪠Experience in preparing or contributing to proposals and selling consultancy projects and services
