You'll be at the heart of our agency operations, ensuring shifts are filled, clients are supported, and staff are set up for success. What you'll do: Manage high-volume rostering and shift allocation for casual staff Communicate daily with clients and candidates to confirm bookings Coordinate last-minute changes with calm efficiency Maintain accurate records and compliance in our scheduling systems Build strong relationships across venues, events, and corporate sites What we're looking for: Experience in hospitality, events, or a staffing agency environment Strong attention to detail and ability to stay cool under pressure Clear and confident communication skills Organised, adaptable, and a natural problem solver Tech-savvy with scheduling or rostering systems (training provided) Why JRM?
