In this role, you will provide individualised support to people living with disability by assisting them with daily living activities and promoting independence and wellbeing. Our Support Workers are energetic, have excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities and work in a professional and ethical way. We prioritise the needs of our participants and work flexibly with them in order to meet their needs. Working within our Supported Independant Living homes, you will provide support, assisting our residential participants to live as independently as possible, whether they have complex needs or just need some additional support at home. Part time hours available on a range of different shifts including overnights (minimum 2 per FN) and weekends, we would love to hear from you!
