What you’ll be doing: Lead standard Strata Manager duties including AGMs, meeting minutes, levy recovery, and financial reporting. Build strong relationships with owners, councils, contractors, and key stakeholders. Provide operational and governance support to Councils of Owners. Collaborate with dedicated administrative and trust support teams. Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and company processes. What we’re looking for: 5 years’ experience as a Strata Manager. In-depth knowledge of the Strata Titles Act and WA regulations. Strong financial literacy and reporting skills. Exceptional communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail. Confidence with Microsoft Office; PropertyIQ experience is a plus.
