You’ll work closely with both corporate and site-based teams, supporting financial integrity, compliance and performance in a complex, multi-entity environment. About the Role Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Senior Financial Accountant will be responsible for group reporting, consolidation, and ensuring strong financial governance. You’ll play a key part in the monthly and annual reporting cycles while supporting strategic and operational decision-making. Key responsibilities include: Lead month-end and year-end financial reporting and consolidations Ensure compliance with AASB/IFRS and robust internal controls Review site performance and provide meaningful insights to management Oversee balance sheet integrity, reconciliations and audit processes Drive continuous improvement across finance systems and reporting Partner with operations and commercial teams to enhance business performance Mentor and guide junior finance team members About You You’ll bring a strong technical foundation, an eye for detail, and the confidence to partner across the business.
