Description The maintenance fitter duties: Perform preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and optimise equipment performance. Diagnose and repair mechanical faults on machinery and production equipment. Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company policies. Collaborate with the production team to address equipment issues promptly. Document maintenance activities and ensure accurate record-keeping for compliance purposes. Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Work within a fixed 4-day roster schedule, supporting a flexible but structured work environment.
