Description The Electrician Supervisor will have the following duties: Supervise and lead the night shift electrical maintenance team to ensure optimal performance. Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimise downtime. Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and regulations. Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless production operations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status. Provide training and support to team members to build technical expertise. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering and manufacturing department. Profile A successful Electrician Supervisor should have: A-Grade Electrician license is a must Previously worked either industrial, manufacturing, FMCG, food or beverage is a must Comfortable with night shift schedule of 9:30 PM - 7:30 AM, 4 day roster Previous leadership/ supervising experience Solid knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
