Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be: Physically fit and comfortable with working at heights. Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn. Someone who enjoys physical work and possibly participates in sports such as footy, soccer, basketball, or surf club activities. Respectful and able to take direction well. A driver’s licence is not essential if the candidate lives locally in suburbs such as Heathridge, Craigie, Beldon, Ocean Reef, or Mullaloo.
