What we do: REVA is a multi trades service provider maintaining over 25000 Strata and Government High and Low rise commercial, residential, industrial, retail across the wider Perth region. We are looking for Roof plumbing / multiskilled carpenters / tradesmen to work full time for ongoing roof / building maintenance and /or teams to take on the dry seasons major projects for small and large maintenance and repairs, re-gutters, box gutters, metal and timber fascia repairs and replacements, tile to tin re-roofing, high rise and low rise water proofing, facade repairs. The work suits multiskilled versatile team players who like variety and interested in a change from new project work and wish to learn new skills. The successful applicant will have: Roof plumbing experience with complex roofing and roof leak detection skills - must be quick with gutters, downpipes, flashings etc. Good communication, be able to relate well to customers and other staff, good problem-solving skills Minimum of 5 years or roof plumbing experience required Good safety awareness, willing to do inductions, daily JSAs, ability to work unsupervised Ability to pass random drug tests is required. Weekend work is expected when its needed Current drivers lisc and white card is critical - EWP over 11m, work safety at heights, Asbestos removal Cert. (Dogging and Advanced Scaff desirable) Your Own trades vehicle required initially (a Ute, van or truck) after successful trial period and proving trustworthy; company vehicle with fuel card is offered. Pay rate is dependent on your skill, your experience, your tools / vehicle and willingness to have a crack at anything. (ie if you only sheet fix or your specifically looking for commercial roofing, this jobs not for you) Must Understand English to an advanced level and speak, read English fluently and be a permanent resident. Depending on how you wish to be employed you may earn between 75 - 180K pa. Rate is based on your skills, experience, tools and if you have your own vehicle or require company vehicle.
