Our growing Finance team are looking for a Lending Associate to support the team in ensuring a seamless customer experience. We are seeking candidates with 2 years of experience looking for a chance to develop their career in a collaborative environment. What You'll be Doing Owning the relationship with our clients and providing amazing customer service Reviewing loan applications and overseeing the pre-credit functions of the loan process Preparing and analysing financial statements Upholding compliance and maintaining data hygiene Helping to get client the best finance outcomes through our network of over 40 financial institutions Requirements 2 years of experience as a Lending Associate. A relevant tertiary degree in Business, Economics or Commerce. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. A good grasp on the fundamentals of accounting – financial statements/tax returns, reading and analysing P&L and Balance Sheets etc. A basic understanding of our key product suite: Home Loans, Commercial & Business Loans, Asset Finance & SMSF Lending. Specifically well versed in residential loans. Experience inputting Home Loans into a Mortgage Broking CRM, such as MyCRM. An understanding of the basics around the “three C’s” of lending – character, collateral and capacity. Any experience with Connective will be a bonus but not essential.
