A little bit about the role Reporting to the Team Leader -Parking Services, the position is responsible for: Enforcing parking regulations, issuing parking infringement notices, and providing community education. Providing a first class service in a timely and accurate manner Maintaining knowledge, understanding and application of standard operations Undertaking case management of issues under investigation, preparing documentation and responding to enquires. A little bit about you To succeed in the role you, you will have: Prior experience in parking enforcement (ideally but not mandatory), law enforcement, customer service or other related fields. Knowledge (or ability to gain knowledge) of the Local Government Act 2020, Road Safety Act 1986, Road Safety Rules 2017 and Council’s Amenity Local Law. Excellent communication skills - you are courteous and customer focused! Good administration skills with the ability to prepare briefs of evidence IT proficiency including the use of personal and hand-help computers Autonomy to plan and organise your workload and make the best use of your time Want to know more?
