Our Client is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the Administration, Reception and customer service responsibilities associated for their Private Practice in Broadmeadow. Their clients present with a variety of mental health needs, including depression, anxiety and trauma. We are seeking someone who brings both strong administrative skills and a genuine sense of empathy, with the ability to read the room and support clients and their families in a respectful, welcoming way. Confidentiality will form a large part of your responsibilities as will your capacity to manage client files, reporting, administration and some reception responsibilities such as phone answering and making appointments. Essential: Previous experience within the health or wellbeing industry by way of Administration Officer or Receptionist A confident, yet gentle communication style Typing and computer skills across MS Office with the capacity to learn booking systems A commitment to working 8:45 am to 5:15 pm Monday to Thursday Current National Police Check & Working With Children Check, or a willingness to obtain as part of your application This role will commence casual paying paying approximate $38 per hour with a view to converting to permanent part-time after a six month period.
