Managing project budgets, team resources, and ensuring the highest standard of delivery. Skills & Experience Required: A degree in Chemical Engineering, or a Mechanical Engineering discipline. Postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded. 15 years of consulting/design experience. A collaborative approach to leadership and problem-solving. Chartered Engineer (CPEng) status (or ability to attain within 6 months). Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex projects. Technical expertise in water, defence and/or industrial infrastructure, complemented by a well-connected business network in SA to help strengthen and grow our local capability. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire others.
