Role Overview We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join our team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality coffee and creating a welcoming experience for our customers. Responsibilities Prepare and serve specialty coffee, teas, and other beverages to a high standard. Maintain consistency in espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art. Engage customers with friendly, professional service and product knowledge. Keep the coffee station and front counter clean and organized at all times. Manage coffee bean rotation, calibration, and daily equipment cleaning. Support the team during busy hours with food prep or order handling when needed. Uphold Eat Ozzo’s standards for quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Requirements Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a specialty coffee environment. Strong understanding of espresso techniques and milk texturing. Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Availability for early morning shifts and weekend rosters. Preferred Experience using Mahlkönig grinders and La Marzocco or similar espresso machines. Interest in food pairing and coffee innovation.
