About the Role: We’re seeking a full-time, dedicated, hands-on hospitality professional to work closely with our Restaurant Manager and General Manager. You’ll assist in delivering seamless service, maintaining a lively venue presence, supporting daily operations, including administrative support to the General Manager, and driving sales across the floor. This role is ideal for someone who’s as confident leading a busy floor as they are keeping things organised behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities: Maintain strong floor presence and energy throughout service Drive sales and upselling opportunities , ensuring guests have an exceptional experience Support the Restaurant Manager during morning trade Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager / Venue Manager Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service Oversee and organise the sequence of service for a smooth guest experience Uphold our venue’s high standards of presentation, quality, and hospitality About You: Minimum 7 years’ experience in hospitality , with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role Experience in café, restaurant, or bar operations Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional service Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident using basic administrative tools and systems (emails, rosters, reports, etc.) Passionate about great food, coffee, cocktails, and genuine customer service Energetic, reliable, and thrives in a busy morning environment Available for full-time work
