Children, Youth and Families - Ashmore Permanent, Part-time Opportunity Why You'll Love This Role Join our supportive and dedicated Children, Youth and Families team, providing vital administrative support that helps deliver services to vulnerable children, young people, and families in our community. Based at our Ashmore office and at times you may be required to travel to our Daisy Hill Site, you'll work closely with service managers and frontline teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service. What You'll Do Provide administrative support including correspondence, data entry, and report preparationManage travel arrangements, rosters, client billing and financial documentationMaintain and secure office files and recordsSupport scheduling, staff timesheets, and reporting processes within relevant systems Please note this role requires occasional travel to our site at Daisy Hill. About You Certificate III in Business (or equivalent)Minimum two years' experience in administration, secretarial or clerical rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholdersWell-developed organisational and problem-solving abilitiesCurrent driver's licence is essentialAbility to obtain (or hold) a National Police Check, Working with Children Blue Card, and LCS Check (where required) You must be available to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday with flexibility around an additional day if required.
