Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Claims Specialist. Located in Sydney, NSW, the role allows for some work from home. The Technical Claims Specialist will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of insurance claims, including evaluating, processing, and resolving claims. Daily tasks include accurate documentation, liaising with clients and stakeholders, reviewing claims to ensure compliance with policy terms, and providing technical support and guidance concerning claims processing. Qualifications Experience in managing and processing insurance claimsStrong understanding of insurance policies, terms, and conditionsExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailProficiency in using claims management software and other relevant technologyOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and in a collaborative team environmentPrior experience in the insurance industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
