Job Title Team Coordinator Job Description Summary We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Team Coordinator to support our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) team. In this role, you’ll provide operational and administrative support to brokers, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality marketing collateral, documentation, and campaign coordination across the property sales and leasing lifecycle. This is a dynamic role suited to someone with strong attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and a passion for real estate. Job Description Key Responsibilities Prepare professional-quality submissions, pitches, and presentations. Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns including photography, videography, advertising, EDMs, and listings. Liaise with brokers, landlords, and clients to arrange inspections and manage enquiries. Support with contracts, agreements, and trust deposit releases. Maintain and update property databases, reporting on performance and metrics. Draft case studies, capability statements, and marketing materials. Provide team administrative support including processing invoices, expenses, reimbursements, and purchase orders. Coordinate meetings, agendas, events, and travel arrangements. Assist with Workday processes and employment changes for the team. Collaborate with other teams to provide cover and cross-support as needed. About You To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe InDesign experience highly regarded. Previous administrative experience (property/real estate experience desirable). Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
