We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Event Planner to manage corporate events and micro weddings while providing support for wedding, corporate, and private event sales. This role involves planning and coordinating events from start to finish, liaising with clients and suppliers, and assisting with occasional weekend wedding tours. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional organisational skills with a warm, client-focused approach. This is a permanent role located in Braidwood, NSW. Candidates working remotely may be considered based on skills and experience. Responsibilities Event Planning: Prepare and manage event contracts, terms and conditions, and deposit receipts, providing all necessary details to accounts. Develop comprehensive event planning documents for clients and internal teams. Act as the primary liaison between clients and external suppliers to ensure seamless coordination. Prepare detailed event briefs for Mona Farm team and catering partners. Plan and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring objectives are met. Liaise with clients to coordinate all event aspects and secure approvals and sign-offs. Effectively handover detailed function information to the Hospitality Director and vendors. Gather client feedback to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. Foster ongoing client relationships to encourage repeat bookings. Coordinate and accurately record all event payments. Accommodation & Guest Relations: Assist with managing reservations and provide exceptional accommodation customer service for Mona Farm, Cedar Lodge, and offsite guest houses. Coordinate in-house catering enquiries and bookings. Prepare catering briefs for internal teams. Invoice guests for accommodation bookings and follow up on payments as required. Review post-stay feedback and respond to guest reviews in a timely and professional manner. Event Sales: Assist with wedding, corporate, and private event sales as needed. Conduct occasional weekend tours for prospective wedding clients, showcasing the venue and services. Support the sales process by providing quotes, proposals, and follow-ups. General Administration: Support phone reception and general administrative tasks. Implement menu and beverage updates in relevant systems. Maintain organized records of all client, event, and accommodation information.
