We are seeking someone primarily for reception, someone who enjoys driving to the peripheral clinics, and can do some marketing for a busy medical specialist practice. Head Office is located in Oyster Bay. The successful applicant will need their own transport to Oyster Bay ; from there a car is provided to drive the doctor to various other locations, including Liverpool, Campbelltown and Wollongong. This is a part-time position- 24 hours on with various start times; all am shifts. Duties include: Reception and phone management Driving Marketing Invoicing Billing Making appointments and calendar management Data entry and updating patient files. General office administrative duties including scanning. The successful applicant must have experience in Reception tasks, a good phone manner, competent computer skills, a driving licence, and a track record of working in a team environment. Remuneration is from $31 per hour plus superannuation; depending on qualifications, training and experience.
