About the role We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Demand & Inventory Coordinator to join our team based in Auburn. Reporting to the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager ANZ, this position is responsible for ensuring stock availability aligns with business needs, supporting both Service & Sales functions through accurate forecasting, inventory management, and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for machines and spare parts using sales trends, inventory data and market insights. Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to meet business and customer requirements while avoiding excess or obsolete stock. Collaborate with supply planning, repair centres and service teams to align inventory with operational needs. Monitor and improve stock health by support spare parts optimisation and minimising non-rotating stock. Maintain documentation and procedures for planning and inventory management processes. Manage inventory records and conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts and discrepancy investigations. Generate reports and analytics to support forecasting, inventory control and decision making. Execute end-to-end purchasing and logistics processes, ensuring timely order fulfilment and delivery accuracy. Optimise logistics costs and manage claims related to shipping issues, including lost or damaged goods. Provide regular reporting and KPI analysis to support performance tracking and continuous improvement activities. Qualifications and skills: Proven experience in a similar role Strong understanding of demand and supply chain systems and processes Proven experience with sales planning and opportunity management High level of attention to detail Effective stakeholder management ability Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously A team player with a positive attitude and a ‘can-do’ approach to work Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data Professional presentation Advanced Excel skills Experience with JDE or similar ERP system beneficial.
