About the Role As our Business Analyst, you’ll be instrumental in investigating, designing, and supporting change initiatives across TDG Environmental. This role supports internal business development, marketing, ITC, and administrative projects, and is essential to the successful implementation of our strategic plan. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for improvement, support project delivery, and help drive meaningful change. Key Responsibilities Analyse business processes, gather and document requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement Support the design, implementation, and testing of business solutions Assist in planning and delivering projects, tracking progress, and managing risks Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders Contribute to change initiatives by evaluating impacts, supporting training and communication, and measuring success About You Qualifications Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Commerce with a major in Business Information Systems/Technology – or equivalent industry experience Skills Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities Confident presenter and effective facilitator Strong documentation and writing skills Project management and planning capabilities Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively Experience Minimum 3 years in a similar role Experience with ERP systems and data integration (Pronto or Business Central preferred) Familiarity with ticketed support systems Proven experience supporting business applications and platforms Why Join TDG Environmental?
