About Your Lab: Q-Gen Cell Therapeutics is a leading GMP manufacturing facility dedicated to the development of GMP cell therapies for use in ground breaking clinical trials. Role Purpose / Responsibilities: In this role, you'll apply your quality systems expertise to the end-to-end manufacture of investigational therapeutic products in a GMP environment. Responsibilities include reviewing environmental monitoring data; managing document control and change control; coordinating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA); supporting internal audits; supplier qualification and approvals; conducting trend analysis and reporting; and overseeing stock and supplier approvals. As part of the Q-Gen Cell Therapeutics team, you'll work autonomously across multiple disciplines while strictly adhering to GMP procedures and maintaining accurate, audit-ready compliance documentation and records. About you: To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum Diploma in Laboratory Skills or equivalent experience, ideally gained in a microbiology, clinical, biological, forensic, life science, medical laboratory, or pharmaceutical setting. Experience in quality control or quality assurance within cell therapy; medical laboratories (e.g., stem cell or transplantation testing); blood services; pathology; food manufacturing; pharmaceutical manufacturing; clinical trials facilities; or a similar setting. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to complete complex tasks precisely and consistently as defined in a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Remuneration: Salary range is $76,296 to $90,917 p.a. plus super and generous salary packaging. This is a 1 year term appointment.
