Sydney | Full-time | Confidential Credit Investment Platform We’re hiring an Associate Director as a senior member of the Execution team for an institutionally backed, well funded real estate credit investment platform. This is an excellent role for someone who thrives on structuring and executing complex real estate finance transactions across the capital stack — from senior debt to mezzanine and preferred equity. We’re looking for someone with a background in Private Credit, non-bank lending, or property finance, who brings deep technical expertise and a passion for mentoring junior talent. What You’ll Do:Lead end-to-end execution of real estate financing deals.Structure bespoke solutions across asset classes and capital layers.Oversee and manage deals through to repayment.Collaborate with origination, legal, and risk teams to deliver seamless outcomes.Coach and mentor junior analysts, fostering technical excellence and growth.Uphold high standards of communication, organisation, and attention to detail. What We’re Looking For:Strong experience (i.e. 7 plus) in real estate finance, with a private credit fund, non-bank lender or within property banking.Proven execution and structuring skills with a sharp commercial mindset.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.A natural coach who enjoys developing junior talent.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
