Job summary: Flexible hours available Working rights required for this role Position Summary: Tuff Nutterz is seeking a dedicated and organised Program and Operations Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale family-friendly inflatable events across Australia. This role is key to ensuring smooth execution of touring logistics, equipment setup, staffing, and stakeholder engagement in line with business goals and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate the full lifecycle of mobile inflatable events, including site setup, logistics, staff assignments, and schedules across various Australian regions. Liaise with local authorities, vendors, and venues to ensure permits, access, and compliance for each event location. Manage procurement and transport of equipment and supplies for each tour stop, maintaining accurate inventory and timelines. Supervise event teams on-site, ensuring daily briefings, task delegation, and adherence to safety protocols. Monitor event budgets, expenses, and resource allocation, preparing reports for management after each tour stage. Track progress and outcomes of each event, identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies. Prepare and maintain documentation such as event run sheets, schedules, compliance reports, and staff rosters. Support marketing and ticketing coordination with HQ teams to ensure a consistent customer experience. Required Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualification in Business, Event Management, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). At least 3 years’ experience in operations, event coordination, or project administration roles. Demonstrated ability to manage mobile or travelling operations with dynamic conditions. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to travel nationally and work flexible hours, including weekends. The annual salary offered for this position is between AUD $78,000 and AUD $85,000, which meets the market rate for this occupation and complies with Australian workplace laws. Salary payments will be made on a monthly basis, proportional to the total annual amount.
