What You Will Bring To The Role A Social Work Degree accredited by the Australian Association of Social WorkersDemonstrated experience working in an acute hospital setting and extensive knowledge of the social issues relating to patients undertaking rehabilitationProven experience in crisis intervention, grief counselling, conflict resolution, supportive and individual counselling. Strong skills in mediation and conflict management, particularly in relation to family conflict.Proven ability in applying sound professional knowledge and clinical judgement when performing novel, complex or critical tasks.
