The key duties of the position include The Role As a member of the Quality team, you will perform governance and assurance work in support of the certified ISO 9001:2016 Quality Management System. You will have an understanding of the AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016 Quality Management System requirements, develop and maintain knowledge of relevant process, product and contract compliance, which will be applied in a proactive audit and assurance program. You will also identify and define issues, and report on non-conformances to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of internal processes. You will formalise your findings through excellent report writing and documentation. This position is required to: Have exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy to perform complex assurance activities on external stakeholders applying technical knowledge; Coordinate and perform quality assurance, governance, auditing and corporate reporting activities; Provide guidance on the management of quality assurance processes and business planning including the review and improvement of business activities; Develop, implement and review quality assurance and governance procedures, practices and frameworks; Contribute to the strategic review of quality assurance systems in the areas of strategic and business planning, performance measurement and continuous improvement; Have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style and language according to the audience's level of knowledge, skill and experience; Have strong stakeholder engagement skills to build and sustain effective relationships with team members, management and stakeholders; Analyse and suggest improvements to quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure appropriate performance against best practice; Design and implement solutions to issues impacting on the achievement of desired outcomes.
