We are looking for a Senior People & Culture Partner to help our people leaders create positive workplace experiences, drive organisational outcomes, and support the wellbeing of our blended workforce. The role enables positive business outcomes by delivering expert advice and people solutions through our People Solutions Centre model. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them manage and develop their people, lead through change, and create a high-performing, inclusive culture. You will contribute to the consistent implementation of national strategies and build capability across both leaders and the P&C team. Role type: permanent, full time. Location: flexible to successful applicant preference for either SA or NT. Key Responsibilities Business Partnerships: Act as a trusted advisor, partnering with senior leaders and managers to develop and deliver blended workforce solutions across organisational design, change, and employee relations to meet evolving business needs. Employee Relations and Compliance: Manage sensitive employee relations issues, including misconduct, grievances, and performance, ensuring legal and policy compliance. Develop Leadership Capability: Coach and mentor leaders and team members to build strong people management skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Data-Driven Workforce Planning: Use workforce data, trends, and insights to guide decision-making and support evidence-based planning and change. Support Projects and Change: Contribute to the implementation of national People & Culture initiatives, ensuring consistent and timely delivery across the organisation. About You Our ideal candidate will have strong generalist experience and be confident advising senior leaders, skilled in navigating complex employee matters, and committed to building leadership capability across an organisation. Key Capabilities A relevant degree qualification in HR, Business, or a related field. Substantial HR generalist experience. A sound understanding of employee relations and experience partnering with managers to resolve complex people management issues. Why Work For Us?
