What We’re Looking For Leadership Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership role within a cryptocurrency exchange, fintech, or financial services organisation, with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in a high-pressure environment. Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and financial operating systems, with experience in optimising technology-driven workflows. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., ASIC, AUSTRAC) is essential. Team Management: Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth. Strategic Acumen: A strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, manage risks, and drive growth in a competitive market.
