We are entering an exciting growth phase and are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team based in Riverstone (North West Sydney). Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this pivotal role covers operations, fleet, compliance, and people management. With the founder stepping back from day-to-day operations, this is a unique opportunity to join a well-established company and make a lasting impact. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations, including fleet management, compliance, and people management. Partner with the Managing Director during the transition and drive growth initiatives. Uphold safety, reliability, and quality across all operations. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing senior operations team; ensure strong governance and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Senior leadership experience at COO/GM/Head of Ops level. Rail, construction, or heavy industry background is highly regarded. Strong compliance and yellow fleet management experience.
