As Senior Brand Manager working in our Group Brand, Content & Digital Team you’ll play a pivotal role embedding our newly developed global brand strategy. You’ll help to drive unity, clarity and consistency, while empowering regional teams to take ownership of their brand execution. And you’ll report into the Head of Brand, Content & Digital, manage one direct report and work alongside a Brand Program Manager. Your new role This is a unique opportunity to lead global brand planning and coordination, manage high-impact brand projects, and work closely with stakeholders across regions and group functions. The role is part strategy, part planning, part coordination and part execution, with a strong emphasis on relationship building and influencing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Act as the guardian and advocate for the QBE brand strategy, refining direction through insights and analysis. Lead global-to-local brand planning and ways of working to balance consistency with local relevance. Partner with key stakeholders and teams to embed brand strategy across functions and regions. Deliver the annual global brand plan across communications, ID, analytics and governance. Manage global brand campaigns and storytelling, including lead agency relationships. Champion brand governance and integrity through policies, toolkits and guidelines. About you We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on brand leader with a strong background and expertise in brand management across diverse industries. You’ll be comfortable navigating complexity, building relationships across geographies and teams, and driving initiatives with autonomy, patience and resilience. Key Criteria Proven brand management experience across industries; financial services a plus. Strong campaign, communications, identity and brand health tracking expertise. Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills in complex environments. Resilient and patient, with a knack for aligning diverse teams and regions. Strategic thinker with solid analytical, planning and financial skills. Experienced in global/matrixed organisations and flexible across time zones.
