We’re looking for an IT Cyber Security Business Analyst to help secure mining operations, both on-site and in the cloud. This role bridges the gap between business, IT, and security teams, turning operational needs into practical cyber security solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyse business and operational requirements to define cyber security solutions across IT and OT/ICS systems. Conduct risk assessments, plan and execute security testing, and manage compliance with standards like ISO 27001 and ASD Essential Eight. Collaborate with IT, project teams, and site operations to integrate security controls into new and existing systems. Support cyber security awareness and organisational change initiatives to embed secure practices across the business. Assist in incident response and reporting for security events affecting critical operations. Key Requirements Experience in cyber security/business analysis in complex, remote, or heavy-industry environments. Knowledge of OT/ICS, SCADA, network connectivity, and cloud systems. Strong risk assessment, testing, and documentation skills. Excellent communicator who can translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
