Song Kitchen is a venue within our Song Sydney hotel, offering a stylish and warm Restaurant and Bar, located in the heart of the CBD at the southern side of Hyde Park. Song Kitchen offers a relaxed dining experience with a philosophy that is based on generosity and honesty and where produce is fresh and locally sourced. Song Kitchen also provides catering services to events that are held within the hotel. What you'll do We’re seeking a Chef de Partie, to join our Song Hotel & Song Kitchen Team. In this role you will: Deliver high-quality breakfast and/or dinner service with attention to detail Coordinate menu development and stock management. Oversee meal preparation and presentation while maintaining hygiene standards Support the Chef de Cuisine and collaborate effectively with the kitchen team Train and mentor junior staff, ensuring smooth operation of your section Work flexibly under pressure, completing tasks to the highest standard Who you are You are a dedicated culinary professional and will have: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, including breakfast, dinner, and catering service Strong knowledge of food safety, WH&S regulations, and kitchen best practices Proven ability to accept and respond to customer feedback professionally Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal, listening, and mentoring skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to continuous improvement and integrity Don’t meet every single requirement?
