Partner Development Associate Sydney Full time We are looking for someone who has a passion for partner success, has strengths in building business relationships, an eye for detail, a natural curiosity, creativity, and proven change and adoption management skills. If so, we are seeking a Partner Support Manager to help build our AWS Partner ecosystem. This is a business facing role that is accountable for the end-to-end Cloud enablement, deployment and customer consumption experience for our Partners Maintain high levels of partner engagement with a focus on partner satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct workshops, tool demos, training, business reviews and proactively suggest solutions to common partners challenges. Work directly with partners to onboard, enable and help grow their Cloud practice. Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect partner satisfaction or retention. Develop Partners Success assets and methods, and work with the key stakeholders to create new or refine existing partner onboarding materials and processes. Be accountable to help increase the usage of Public Cloud services with partners, by supporting the team with the execution of the partner action-oriented AWS business plan. Work closely with Partners so that they clearly understand the AWS Partner programs, they are maximising the benefits these programs give the Partners, including helping the Partner and NEXTGEN maximize margins Qualifications Requirements we look for Energetic, self-motivated, proactive team player with creative ideas. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills that establish Trusted Advisor relationships with partners. Minimum 3 years previous experience in Professional services, Customer Success or Account Management AWS Cloud Practitioner or Microsoft Azure AZ900 Certification highly preferred. Experience in supporting Public Cloud transformation in enterprises through effective change management and adoption highly preferred. Outstanding engagement skills with an ability to establish strong relationships with business decision makers. Exceptional communication and presentation skills Strong organisational/time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Able to take initiative, and ownership and work proactively with minimal supervision. Be able to have a flexible and can-do attitude. Be a great team player who will positively contribute to a great working culture. This role is a fixed term contract for up to 12 months.
