About the Position This key position plays an essential part in ensuring the smooth operation of the Development Team. The primary focus is to administer the President's Club's concierge service for members, and working in collaboration with ACM departments and external partners on member ticketing and dining requests. Under the guidance of the Head of Development and Development Operations Coordinator, the role also involves providing administrative support for membership renewals and payments. This secondment offers a valuable opportunity for an existing ACM team member to broaden their skill set and gain experience in memberships and cross-departmental collaboration. Fixed term secondment (2 months). Band 2.3 $73,213.00 per annum. Accountabilities : Provide the concierge service for President’s Club members, and ensure a high level of personalised engagement, VIP satisfaction and membership renewal. Daily management of the VIP booking service including facilitating VIP ticket sales, VIP House Seat requests, dining and car park bookings and other needs and requests. Support the ticketing service needs across the Development team. Provide professional, personalised and pre-emptive service to VIPs. Support the efficient, effective and consistent delivery of agreed services and standards in The President’s Lounge. Maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, in particular contacts within relevant performing arts venues across Australia. Systems : Knowledge of Tessitura or a similar CRM highly desirable. A high level experience in ticketing. Experience with communication and service requirements of high profile stakeholders. Experience with Tessitura. Your skills and attributes Senior level of administrative skills, fluent in the standard suite of Office software systems. Proven ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure utilising well defined methods. Ability to problem solve and effectively manage feedback and complaints. Well organised with strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a busy environment and manage a varied workload. Understanding of database administration.
