Fixed term to December 2026 Internal opportunity only Exciting chance for professional development About the Role This is an internal opportunity to play a key role in the redevelopment of Arts Centre Melbourne and the surrounding precinct. This position will work closely with the Project Logistics Manager and be an interface between Arts Centre Melbourne operations and the construction team. You will be responsible for the resolution of complex logistic matters as well as building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure all activities meet agreed targets and milestones. The successful applicants will lead change projects and ensure stakeholders remain engaged and committed to successful delivery of the project. Variable time (25 hours per week), fixed term to December 2026. Band 4.1.01 $99,116.16 plus superannuation. Your Skills and Experience Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or Architecture and/or extensive experience in building operations. Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously whilst also providing a calibre of service to stakeholders Working knowledge of a performing arts, cultural or entertainment complex, with experience in some aspect of related renewal (e.g. theatre technical systems, public realm, foyer spaces, auditorium fit-out and engineering services). Strong communication skills and high customer service focus with a proactive approach to problem-solving which underpins your capacity to develop and maintain strong business partnerships/ relationships with a wide variety of people. Experience working in an operating building with concurrent construction on site. Experience in leading and resolving complex and sensitive stakeholder relations issues.
