You'll be delivering marketing activity across multiple channels to support the business objectives. This will involve working with your Marketing Managers to provide input into marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring business and marketing objectives are met. You will also be responsible for supporting the team to develop content to be used across the website, app and marketing collateral. The primary activities of the role include: eDM campaign management, support across media campaign development, performance marketing reporting, and key projects to drive business outcomes. Qantas Insurance has a portfolio across health, travel, car and home as well as the Qantas Wellbeing App. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the wider Qantas Loyalty business, as well as experience in insurance - one of Australia's biggest industries. The Loyalty environment is fast-paced, high output, flexible and dynamic. We work in a collaborative cross-functional environment, where you’ll receive exposure to multiple teams including web and app development, product, commercial, data and analytics, sales and operations, legal, brand, and media. NOTE: This is a paid internship with Qantas via Hatch for 6 mos. It's a hybrid set-up and our office days are Mondays and Tuesdays. Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role.
