This involves working in partnership with the Marketing and Campaign Analytics teams to support the execution of marketing campaigns from an email, digital and offline perspective and ensuring program marketing objectives are clearly met. This role is responsible for BAU management and optimisation of our email platforms. This will include triaging enquiries, optimising campaign execution processes, and providing guidance on core program projects and initiatives. This role will also work closely with both business and external stakeholders, managing ongoing relationships and ensuring key business activities are delivered within agreed budgets and SLAs, and are fit for the intended purpose.
